| | | | | With the TRUMPF BendMaster, TRUMPF presents a concept tailored to the flexibility of the press brakes. It is based on a comprehensive machine concept – press brake and BendMaster are operated from one common controller and programmed together with TruTops Bend. In bending, the teaching of robots is a thing of the past. | Download: BendMaster_E.pdf 188.49 KB
 | The TRUMPF BendMaster is as fast as an experienced operator and this 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Moreover: The entire bending cell is programmed with the proven TruTops Bend (previously known as ToPs 600). Consequently, the parts geometries need to be programmed only once or imported from other TruTops programs (punching, laser cutting); the bending and parts handling operations are then generated automatically. And the best thing is that programming takes place completely offline while production is running on the bending cell. Simulation allows you to view the entire process. The system is designed for top positioning speeds, a sheet sensor ensures that the sheet stack is correctly detected and that the blank is picked up in correct position. This eliminates the need for a centering station or for time-consuming centering operations. Consequently, the same high quality is achieved in automated production as in manual bending. | | | The TRUMPF BendMaster is installed in front of the press brake, on floor tracks that run the entire length of the TruBend press brake work area. 180° rotation overhead makes for easy processing from pallets, with free accessibility for the fork lift. The tracks can be extended as required. This increases the area for depositing finished parts and saves the expenditure for investing in additional conveyor systems. The bending cell can be operated manually anytime necessary. There is ample space for the operator in front of the machine when the BendMaster is in parking position. > | | | | | | | 2 / 7 in Press brakes | |
