Our model LYBRA C450 is designed for cutting ferrous materials, tubings, profiles in steel and solid bars; it has been developed for particular cutting cycles adapted to the specific technical needs of the client. The revolving cutting head controlled by servomotor allows for straight cuts as well as +/- 60º of high precision angular cuts, multiple parts can be fed side by side or stacked, with pre-programmed and automatically sequenced cutting cycles. The high quality of the cuts is achieved by holding clamps specially designed with a high level of reliability as well as an automatic table cleaning system. The LYBRA C450 model has been equipped with an industrial PC which allows the machine to be connected online; it is also capable of using codes for single pieces and for profiles used. The optimization program dramatically reduces the programming time as well as scrap material left-over. It is also possible to execute optional special cuts such as chamfers, point cuts...
