The TruMatic 3000 (previously known as TC 3000 L) offers an easy, low-cost entry into combination technology and is therefore of interest to users wishing to expand their parts spectrum with this compact machine.
What new features does the machine offer? With the newly developed hydraulic punching head and the diffusion cooled TruCoax 2000 laser, medium-sized sheets up to 4 mm thick can be processed, regardless of the material.
The laser itself is a 2000 Watt laser with excellent beam quality (K = 0.9).
Finished parts measuring maximum 300 x 500 mm are removed through the chute beneath the laser station.

The resonator has been integrated on the machine frame, making for a very compact installation. The footprint of this combination machine is hardly any larger than that of a comparable punching-only machine.
In the development of this machine, special attention was paid to scratch-free processing of the workpieces.
As a standard, the machine is fitted with brush tables and pneumatically cushioned balls around the die which prevent the sheet from grazing against the die in processing.
The control is yet another innovation. An entirely new operation concept, including a Touchscreen panel, is groundbreaking.
