From the very beginning, the goal in the development of this unique machine was to design an automatic installation. Laser, cutting machine and automatic material handling are perfectly tailored for each other. The motion unit and the loader/unloader use the same guidance system. A conventional pallet changer is not required and the necessary installation area is optimally used. Thanks to the intelligent machine design, maintenance is greatly reduced.  Laser TRUMPF CO2 TruCoax 2000     Also making its debut together with the TruLaser 2025 / 2030 is the new TRUMPF CO2 laser TruCoax 2000. TRUMPF's radio-frequency excited lasers have proven themselves thousands of times over in the tough industrial environment. The TruCoax 2000 resonator fuses the proven RF technology with a new, innovative concept. Through the use of diffusion cooling, the need for laser gas circulation can be eliminated. This means fewer moving parts, hence less chance of wear and a small footprint. The laser not only yields excellent beam quality but also consumes less gas.
